Our journey began in 2000. In 2003, Serhii Chernetskyi founded Aspect in Lviv. Today, our focus is construction for business and long-term partnerships.

- 2000
The beginning
Serhii Chernetskyi starts his business by supplying construction materials to industrial projects in the Lviv region.
- 2002–2003
Building a construction business
In 2002, the Ukrainian-Slovak venture EMSA-Floor is established with an industrial flooring focus. In 2003, Aspect is founded, with concrete works and industrial flooring at its core.
- 2005–2007
Trust that grows into partnership
Long-term work begins with Julius Koch Ukraine, followed by Vysokyi Zamok and Technocap.UA. In 2006, the first issue of Aspekty Budivnytstva magazine is published, and Aspect receives a Vyshcha Proba gold medal for industrial flooring.
- 2008
Industrial scale
Concrete flooring and outdoor storage areas totalling 91,000 m² are completed for Kronospan UA.
- 2009
Projects across Ukraine
Cooperation with Auchan begins. Aspect Cleaning is established to provide post-construction services.
- 2011
From specialist works to general contracting
Aspect InvestBud is established, expanding construction management services. Work begins with Roshen and Ukroptbakaliya on reconstruction and construction at operating facilities.
- 2013–2016
Complex projects. Precise solutions.
In 2013, a 17th-century building in Lviv is restored and extensively renovated for the Reikartz Medieval hotel. In 2014–2016, works at Halychpharm are carried out without stopping production.
- 2017
Expanding our expertise
The number of industrial projects underway simultaneously reaches ten. Aspect Energy is established to develop the energy business.
- 2018
New Point. From design to opening.
For the Auchan New Point shopping centre in Lviv, Aspect serves as general designer and general contractor. The full cycle from the start of design to handover takes 270 days.

New horizons and engineering challenges
In 2019, ASPECT POLSKA opens in Poland. In 2019–2020, the company assembles the reinforced-concrete dome frame and carries out concrete works for the Orionist church in Lviv, designed by Mario Botta.
- 2022 – present
Standing alongside business during wartime
Since 2022, we have continued to help Ukrainian businesses address the consequences of hostilities and support their relocation to western Ukraine. We continue delivering construction projects that enable businesses to operate, recover and grow.
