Сonditions of work:

Responsibilities:

Ensuring timing of works in accordance with construction schedules.
Quality control of work execution.
Working with design and estimate documentation.
Planning and management at all stages of construction.
Control over provision of construction sites with materials and equipment.
Coordinating the work of subcontractors.
Maintaining executive and reporting documentation, materials accounting.

Requirements:

Higher specialized education.
Experience in a similar position in construction – from 5 years.
Knowledge and skills in management and organization of construction.
Knowledge of requirements of norms, rules and standards in the field of construction.
Responsibility, ability to plan their work, commitment, stress resistance, attention to details.
